--- abstract: 'Wilms tumour or nephroblastoma is the most common renal tumour of in children. It accounts for 6% of all pediatric tumours and is the second most frequent intrabdominal solid organ tumour in children. Inferior vena cava (IVC) involvement by Wilms tumour occurs in 4-10% of patients and right atrium thrombus extension in less than 1%. Using a multidisciplinary approach, overall survival is excellent in Wilms tumour. We are presenting this case because Wilms tumour with right atrial thrombus is relatively rare and continues to remain a challenge for treating physicians.' altloc: - http://www.ojhas.org/issue43/2012-3-8.htm chapter: ~ commentary: ~ commref: ~ confdates: ~ conference: ~ confloc: ~ contact_email: ~ creators_id: - kavithasrivatsa@gmail.com - ~ - ~ creators_name: - family: Srivatsa given: KS honourific: '' lineage: '' - family: Appaji given: L honourific: '' lineage: '' - family: Kumari given: AB honourific: '' lineage: '' date: 2012-10-25 date_type: published datestamp: 2013-05-04 23:08:12 department: ~ dir: disk0/00/00/89/18 edit_lock_since: ~ edit_lock_until: 0 edit_lock_user: ~ editors_id: - Kakkilaya BS editors_name: - family: Kakkilaya given: Srinivas honourific: Dr lineage: '' eprint_status: archive eprintid: 8918 fileinfo: /style/images/fileicons/application_pdf.png;/8918/1/2012-3-8.pdf full_text_status: public importid: ~ institution: ~ isbn: ~ ispublished: pub issn: ~ item_issues_comment: [] item_issues_count: ~ item_issues_description: [] item_issues_id: [] item_issues_reported_by: [] item_issues_resolved_by: [] item_issues_status: [] item_issues_timestamp: [] item_issues_type: [] keywords: Wilms tumour; Intracardiac extension; Nephroblastoma lastmod: 2013-05-04 23:08:25 latitude: ~ longitude: ~ metadata_visibility: show note: ~ number: 3(8) pagerange: ~ pubdom: TRUE publication: Online Journal of Health and Allied Sciences publisher: BS Kakkilaya refereed: TRUE referencetext: "1.\tGrundy PE, Green DM, Coppes MJ, Breslow N,Ritchey ML, Perlman EJ, et al.
