--- abstract: 'The representation of biological systems by means of organismic supercategories, developed in previous papers, is further discussed. The different approaches to relational biology, developed by Rashevsky, Rosen and by Baianu and Marinescu, are compared with Qualitative Dynamics of Systems which was initiated by Henri Poincaré (1881). On the basis of this comparison some concrete results concerning dynamics of genetic system, development, fertilization, regeneration, analogies, and oncogenesis are derived.' altloc: - http://www.springerlink.com/content/h83j31818106p651/fulltext.pdf chapter: ~ commentary: ~ commref: 'Originally published article, peer-reviewed' confdates: ~ conference: ~ confloc: ~ contact_email: ~ creators_id: - icb creators_name: - family: Baianu given: I.C. honourific: 'Prof. Dr. ' lineage: '' date: 1971-11-21 date_type: published datestamp: 2011-12-16 00:58:54 department: ~ dir: disk0/00/00/77/43 edit_lock_since: ~ edit_lock_until: 0 edit_lock_user: ~ editors_id: [] editors_name: - family: Rashevsky given: Nicolas honourific: Professor lineage: ~ eprint_status: archive eprintid: 7743 fileinfo: application/pdf;http://cogprints.org/7743/1/ORganismic_supercategories_and_qualitative_dynamics_of_systems_final3.pdf|application/pdf;http://cogprints.org/7743/4/OSqualDyn.pdf|application/pdf;http://cogprints.org/7743/10/ORganismic_supercategories_and_qualitative_dynamics_of_systems_final3.pdf full_text_status: public importid: ~ institution: ~ isbn: ~ ispublished: pub issn: ~ item_issues_comment: [] item_issues_count: 0 item_issues_description: [] item_issues_id: [] item_issues_reported_by: [] item_issues_resolved_by: [] item_issues_status: [] item_issues_timestamp: [] item_issues_type: [] keywords: 'Quantum Computation,Quantum Automata, Carcinogenesis, Categories and Functors, Homology Theory, Quantum Genetics, Relational Oscillations, Organismic Supercategories, Qualitative Dynamics, Algebraic Geometry in Biology, Dynamic Programnming, Categorical Dynamic Systems, Observables Generating Diagram, Relational Biology' lastmod: 2011-12-16 00:58:54 latitude: ~ longitude: ~ metadata_visibility: show note: "Supercategories defined currently as n-categories or higher\r\ndimensional algebra, Axiomatic definitions of Categories and\r\nSupercategories of Relational, Complex Biological Systems,\r\nDynamic Computations with Algebraic Varieties, Cell Transformations to Malignant Cancer.
