abstract: Grey literature is an important information resource , and Internet makes it easier to organize them. This paper  introduces how the System for Information on Grey Literature in Europe（SIGLE） and  GreyNet organize the grey literature. And then it presents how to organize grey literature in China in network environment. Finally, by contrast a conclusion is drawn that there are several disadvantages in the grey literature organization in China.
