We sketch then a Plausibility of Hallucinations Scale, consisting of a 25-item questionnaire, which aims at evaluating the degree of plausibility of hallucinations. We also emphasize the utility of pointing out to the patient the various factors that contribute to the plausibility of his/her hallucinations, in the context of cognitive therapy for schizophrenia. date: 2004-10 date_type: published refereed: FALSE referencetext: American Psychiatric Association (1994).
