--- abstract: |- This paper presents a summary of multifaceted evaluation factors that we have identified through our research with Broadband Visual Communication (BVC) projects involving multiple stakeholders. The main benefit of these evaluation factors is that they provide a general evaluation framework for multiple stakeholder projects. The factors are social infrastructure, technical infrastructure, physical space, interaction style and content. altloc: [] chapter: ~ commentary: ~ commref: ~ confdates: 10-12 June 2002 conference: "Eleventh IEEE International Workshops on Enabling Technologies: Infrastrcutures for Collaborative Entreprises (WETICE '02)" confloc: 'Pittsburgh, PA, USA' contact_email: ~ creators_id: [] creators_name: - family: Barfurth given: Marion A. honourific: '' lineage: '' - family: Singer given: Janice honourific: '' lineage: '' - family: Emond given: Bruno honourific: '' lineage: '' - family: Vinson given: Norman honourific: '' lineage: '' - family: Brooks given: Martin honourific: '' lineage: '' - family: Spence given: John honourific: '' lineage: '' date: 2002 date_type: published datestamp: 2004-07-06 department: ~ dir: disk0/00/00/33/96 edit_lock_since: ~ edit_lock_until: ~ edit_lock_user: ~ editors_id: [] editors_name: [] eprint_status: archive eprintid: 3396 fileinfo: /style/images/fileicons/application_pdf.png;/3396/1/Barfurth02_nrc.pdf full_text_status: public importid: ~ institution: ~ isbn: ~ ispublished: pub issn: ~ item_issues_comment: [] item_issues_count: 0 item_issues_description: [] item_issues_id: [] item_issues_reported_by: [] item_issues_resolved_by: [] item_issues_status: [] item_issues_timestamp: [] item_issues_type: [] keywords: 'Video Mediated Communication, Collaborative Technologies, Field Study Evaluation, Multistakeholder projects' lastmod: 2011-03-11 08:55:27 latitude: ~ longitude: ~ metadata_visibility: show note: ~ number: ~ pagerange: 18-22 pubdom: FALSE publication: ~ publisher: IEEE Computer Society refereed: TRUE referencetext: |- [1] J.S.
