Abstract
La mise en place d'une archive ouverte ne pose pas de gros problèmes techniques ou financiers. Toutefois le développement de ce mouvement dans le monde universitaire francophone reste trop lent. Le groupe a mis en commun ses expériences, a analysé les principaux obstacles et fait quelques propositions. - - - - [Creating an open archive does not involve any significant technical or financial problems. Nevertheless, the growth of the open access movement in the French-speaking university community is still too slow. The present focus group shared its experiences, analyzed the main obstacles, and made several proposals.]
